Shipping policy

Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible! However, due to a large number of orders and packages, delays may occur occasionally.

Orders from Switzerland are shipped by our partner "Drahtzug" and delivered by Swiss Post. Drahtzug is a place of residence and work for people with mental disabilities.

In Switzerland and Liechtenstein, the shipping fee is CHF 3.70 if your order fits in a midi letter (up to 500 g and 5 cm thick). All other orders with a value of less than CHF 45 cost CHF 8.50 shipping (parcel B-Bost). If you order for CHF 45 or more, shipping is free.
